Veteran Patients

Patients who hold a GOLD or WHITE card issued from the DVA are eligible for treatment once they have a referral from their GP. This referral is valid for 12 months and allows for treatments in this period. They will have to fill out appropriate paperwork on the initial visit, and sign a treatment voucher after each treatment. If the claim is denied by the DVA, patients will be responsible for all excess treatment charges. They will be considered as Standard Consultations and can be claimed through your private health fund.
