Medicare EPC Program

Patients who are considered to have a chronic or complex injury and have an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) allied health referral from a GP can receive up to 5 physiotherapy treatments per year. Their GP must have submitted an EPC Plan on behalf of the patient to Medicare for funding approval. Treatments are fully claimable from Medicare. Patients will be required to pay each treatment in full and receipts will be issued for the claim.
