How are we different??
We offer 1 on 1 client goal focused programs to make sure you achieve your goals with our treatment.
Clinical Pilates is NOT what’s done in the gym. It is NOT a generalised program that anyone can teach.
EVERYONE IS UNIQUE!. It is very important to find out WHICH TYPE OF MOVEMENTS are suitable ONLY FOR YOU. Or else, not only are you not achieving your goals, you may end up with injuries, costing both your time and money in the end with the wrong exercises.
At PainFree Physiotherapy, we will design custom made exercise programs to speed up your injury recovery and improve your sports performance.
Please DO NOT hesitate to call us to find out more about how we can help you with Clinical Pilates.
