EVERYONE IS UNIQUE!.  It is very important to find out WHICH TYPE OF MOVEMENTS are suitable ONLY FOR YOU.  Or else, not only are you not achieving your goals, you may end up with injuries, costing both your time and money in the end with the wrong exercises.
